Children of Smara Visit the Regional Commission of Human Rights

Last Saturday a group of children from Attaqadoum school in Smara( about 100 miles east of Layoune) visited the office of the regional commission of human rights Laayoune-Smara in Laayoune. The children accompanied with their teachers had a tour in the building of the regional commission and were introduced to the role of the commission and various activities that are related to children’s right that the commission has organized or participated in. The tour was followed by screening a movie about the work of commission and its institutional missions, later on the children asked different questions on the subject of children rights and members of the regional commission were glad to answer the children inquires
