“A Call to PRAYER for the Children, Teens, and Young Adults of the 10/40 Window” is a book co-authored by Nancy Huff and Beverly Pegues. These two authors researched profiles and created reports of sixty-six nations in the 10/40 Window to bring to the world a new level of awareness about these nations and the people who live in them.
The 10/40 Window stretches from West Africa through the Middle East to eastern Asia, between the 10 degree and 40 degree latitudes. Over four billion people live in areas of critical and spiritual need. Seventy percent are under the age of thirty-five. Many of these nations are impoverished with virtually no personal and human rights. Hunger, physical and sexual abuse are rampant in many of these nations.
Each nation has its own section with a map of its location, facts about the nation, such as major languages, total population, life expectancy, religion percentages and literacy rate. A story about life in the nation is incuded.
